Nice to meet you
ABOUT ME
I'm so glad you're here! I’m Mona. I’ve thought a lot about how to share this with you, and honestly, it’s kind of emotional to write. But here it is—because the story matters.
I grew up in chaos. It was loud, unstable, and felt like the ground was always shifting beneath me. I had already gone to 6 different schools before high school. One of them was in a different country where I didn’t even speak the language. I cried a lot. The idea of safety, stability, or even “home” just didn’t exist for me.
At 17, I was on my own. A friend’s parent stepped in and made sure I got out of the situation I was in. I truly believe they saved my life. I still get choked up when I think about it because it was such a pivotal moment—one that gave me the chance to rebuild everything from scratch.
Through all the chaos, school was my constant. I took all AP classes, graduated with honors, and somehow kept going. I worked hard, paid my own way through college, and earned an engineering degree. That part wasn’t easy either—no one in my family had gone to college, and I didn’t even know how to apply. It was a lot of figuring things out as I went.
Fast forward a few years, and I was leading massive projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars, managing teams, and making moves I didn’t think were possible back then. I even got a job offer from NASA—wild, right? But along the way, I learned that success doesn’t shield you from other challenges. I faced harassment in the workplace, fought hard to protect myself and my team, and stood my ground in ways I didn’t know I could.
Then there were the personal battles—like being in a relationship where I was treated so poorly it made me question everything. That experience was a turning point. I started learning what healthy love looks like, what it means to be treated with respect, and why it’s so important to never settle for anything less than what feels right.
Looking back, it’s been a climb—a messy, painful, beautiful climb. Every struggle, every hard-earned lesson has shaped who I am and how I want to show up in this world.
My why is for every little girl that didn't have someone to watch over her and love her.
It's for every little girl that deserved all the love in the world but got just a fraction.
It's for every little girl that has felt lost and alone in this world.
It is for every little girl that has grown up to be a fierce and powerful woman, who is ready to unleash that.
Every step I’ve taken has been about turning pain into purpose. And now, it’s about sharing that—offering the kind of support I wish I had back then.
This space is here because nobody should have to climb that mountain alone.
My why, is you.
I Adore
